This is not the Red Cross website, neither is

it owned by the Red Cross. This website is to ensure unlawful acts of fraudulent evildoers do not gain hold of such websites. Many people have stumbled onto websites and accidentily donated to people who act as if they are a part of the Red Cross, causing much money to not actually go to the Red Cross and help the people.

The act of impersonating a charitable organization is morally wrong and legally wrong, and this wrongdoing has hurt many charitable organizations finances at the cost of giving large sums of money to the wrong people.

Much of the money that was supposed to help Katrina and the Tsunami victums never actually got to the victums.
Why?

Its because of fraudulent website practices, who claimed to be affiliated with the Red Cross, earned $1,000's and more at the expense of the victums
